Our various spaces: Aspen Grand Hall, Aspen Event Center, and the Grounds at Aspen Ranch are ideal whether you are planning an intimate ceremony with only your closest loved ones or a huge celebration with 800+ guests. For a seamless transition from ceremony to reception, we ask that you choose a location for your ceremony and a separate location for your reception on property.
Nothing has been spared in our event spaces, which were designed by a team of the most experienced and talented wedding vendors in Oklahoma. Their attention to detail will ensure your wedding or event runs smoothly, and you will have everything you need and more to make your dream vision come to life
Once you enter the Aspen Grand Hall, you are immediately captivated by the vast windows and collapsible glass doors that capture breathtaking Oklahoma sunsets. You are also surrounded by beautiful lakes and fountains that make your event setting feel like a fairytale. The Grand Hall has hosted small and large weddings and receptions including ceremonies.
The Grand Hall can seat up to 800 guests with a dance floor and stage included (must be rented from a preferred vendor).
Additional space for guests can be added to our offset-covered patios with views of the front East pond.

CAN I HAVE MY REHEARSAL DINNER AT ASPEN RANCH?
Yes! Aspen Manor is available for your rehearsal dinner and seats 40-50 people. You can add on a rehearsal dinner for $2,000 plus a cleaning fee.
CAN WE USE FIREWORKS AND/OR SPARKLERS?
Yes, with prior approval from the Aspen Ranch team.
DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED VENDOR LIST?
Yes! The Aspen Ranch team has curated a list of top wedding vendors who are insured and who produce impeccable work. We require our couples to select from our list of preferred vendors and we make it easy by providing a comprehensive list of options.
IS A PLANNER REQUIRED?
Yes, a full or partial planner from our preferred vendor list is required for any event at Aspen Ranch. We will have an Aspen Ranch team member on-site during the event to deal with issues regarding the venue directly. No month-of or day-of-coordinators allowed.
IS EVENT INSURANCE REQUIRED? Yes, we require day-of-event insurance or weekend insurance, and event security at all weddings.
While the Aspen Event Center is the smaller of our venue spaces, it maintains the same interior modern sophistication, beautiful sunsets and stunning views. The Aspen Event Center is perfect for ceremonies of all sizes or for smaller receptions.
This space can seat up to 600 for a seated ceremony, and up to 250 for a seated reception with dance floor/stage included (must be rented from a preferred vendor).

The grounds are spacious enough to accommodate any number of guests and perfect for large or small events.
OUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
The beautifully designed Bridal Suite has an abundance of natural light and space perfect for getting ready for your big day. The Bridal Suite offers six hair and makeup stations, plenty of cozy seating, high-speed internet, Bluetooth stereo, TV, large and small refrigerators, an ice machine, a coffee machine, steamers, 2 bathrooms, and 2 dressing rooms. The suite also includes a large platform and mirror for showcasing your dress to your bridal party. The night begins with a complimentary ride in our Aspen Rolls Royce Ghost to either your ceremony or reception destination.
OUR BRIDAL SUITE INCLUDES:
The immaculately designed Groom’s Suite is also very spacious, secluded, and out of sight of the bridal suite. Groomsmen will have plenty to do with a large swimming pool and diving board, hot tub and sauna. The suite is surrounded by wide open lawns perfect for a game of volleyball, football, soccer or pickleball. The property has four large lakes and fishing poles are provided. Additionally, there is an area for playing basketball, an outdoor pool table and ping pong or you can relax around a fire pit while watching a game. Inside is very spacious with plenty of room for getting ready with two full bathrooms, a large closet, TVs both indoors and poolside, full kitchen with a large refrigerator, coffee machine and a separate ice machine. Steamers and an iron are provided in the suite.
