At Aspen Ranch, it’s the thoughtful details that transform weddings into unforgettable experiences.

Wedding/Event

  • Dedicated Team for a Seamless Day: Each wedding is supported by a team of five or more staff members focused on ensuring the couple, wedding planner, and vendor team have everything they need for a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

  • Complimentary Social Media Content: A dedicated Social Media Manager captures and shares professional wedding and reception content with the couple and vendors by the end of the night. Explore our work at @aspenranchok.

  • Personalized Gifts: Every couple receives a unique gift curated to celebrate their special day.

  • Convenience Amenities: Steamers, irons, and ironing boards are provided in the bridal and groom’s suites as well as in every lodging option.

  • Early Venue Access: Vendors are offered early access, sometimes days in advance, to accommodate large installations or early rental deliveries, helping reduce costs for the couple.

  • Rolls Royce Ghost Ceremony Arrival: Enjoy a complimentary drive from the bridal suite to the ceremony in our Rolls Royce Ghost.

  • Rehearsal Access: Onsite rehearsals are included at no additional cost.

  • Day-Before Access: Couples can drop off items in the suites the day before the wedding for added convenience.

Aspen Ranch was designed by a team of respected industry consultants to include a top wedding planner, 30-year event and rental company manager and high-end catering company.

VIEW SPACES

Aspen Ranch can accommodate up to 42 guests for your wedding or event. Your guests will love the impeccably appointed spaces and the vast picturesque views surrounding each of our lodging options.


VIEW LODGING

Wedding/Event

  • Warmth and Ambiance on Cold Evenings: Fireplaces, fire pits, and patio heaters are lit on cold nights or upon request.

  • Cocktail Hour Music: Aspen Ranch provides a substantial outdoor speaker speaker system. A personal playlist may be played during cocktail hour or suggested time via Apple iTunes or Spotify. Bluetooth is also available on all speaker systems.

  • Complimentary Internet

  • Suite Cleaning Service: The Aspen Team cleans the bridal and groom’s suites on the wedding day, allowing families to relax and enjoy the celebration.

  • Overnight Parking: Guests are welcome to leave cars overnight, with easy access for retrieval the next day.

Lodging

  • Thoughtful Lodging Preparation: Lodging guests are welcomed with fresh flowers, bottled water, and a basket of snacks in each home.

  • Flexible Lodging Check-In and Check-Out: Lodging guests set their own arrival and departure times for a stress-free stay.

  • Animal Tours for Guests: Upon request, lodging guests can enjoy guided animal tours featuring our adopted rescues. Visit @aspenranchfam to meet our furry family.

Our rescue animals are our family, and we would love to share them with you! Each one has an individual story about how they’ve come to live at Aspen Ranch – ask us for more details during your tour! They can be incorporated into your wedding or the perfect photo op around the ranch.

VIEW OUR FLEET

Aspen Ranch has multiple indoor and outdoor locations for your ceremony or reception. Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable but Aspen Ranch holds an indoor backup location at no additional cost for your wedding day. Additionally, we never have to flip a room (nor do we allow it) so there is ease of movement from one venue space to another!
